Yes. We maintain WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Next.js and other technology sites, regardless of who created them. We first conduct a free technical audit to assess the site's condition and identify risks before taking over maintenance.
What happens if my site is hacked?
For Business or Premium maintenance contract clients, we intervene within 4 hours to clean the site, identify the vulnerability, fix it and restore the last clean backup if necessary. All without additional charge. For Starter clients, a corrective intervention is billed separately (60,000 to 150,000 FCFA depending on complexity).
How often are updates performed?
Starter: CMS and plugin updates once a month. Business: once a week. Premium: on an ongoing basis as soon as a critical update is available. Before each major update, we perform a full backup and test first on a staging environment to avoid conflicts.
Can I still modify my site myself?
Absolutely. We give you full access to your administration interface. You can modify your texts, add blog articles or change photos freely. For more complex modifications (adding features, design changes), you can contact us through your contract.
Do you offer an audit of my site before subscribing?
